The Monin Cup 2024, a global competition celebrating your talent and creativity, is officially open.
Get ready to showcase your originality and technical expertise as you compete for the coveted Monin Trophy.
Organized by Monin International, this highly anticipated event will bring together the nation's top mixologists to compete for the chance to represent the Maldives on the international stage.
The rules and guidelines for the Monin Cup are set by Monin International, ensuring a fair and exciting competition for all participants. Each participant is required to submit their recipe during online registration, with Monin International selecting the top 15 based on the submitted recipes.
Taking place at the luxurious Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, the competition will feature a dynamic format where each participant will have 10 minutes to prepare and present four drinks in total. The stakes are high, with the national winner earning the prestigious opportunity to represent the Maldives in the international final held in France.
In addition to the grand prize, the 1st and 2nd runners-up will receive an exclusive visit to the Monin Factory in Malaysia, providing them with valuable insights into the world of beverage innovation.
Participants must be under 27 years old by December (born in 1997 or later) to be eligible for the competition. This ensures a level playing field and gives young talent the opportunity to shine.
