As part of illy Day 2026, SIMDI Resu hosted an exclusive illy Masterclass for hospitality industry professionals at JEN Maldives.

Led by our skilled illy Ambassador, Mr. Ali Hussain, and illy Barista, Mr. Faguson Mbaka Desmond, the session provided an in-depth introduction to the illy Golden Hour Series, covering the preparation techniques, presentation, and concepts behind each signature beverage.
