As part of this incredible platform celebrating culinary excellence and innovation, SIMDI Group proudly partnered with @dunarbasmatirice for the Creative Dunar Rice Dish Challenge at the @fha.maldives 2025!
This exciting competition brought together 11 talented chefs who showcased their creativity, passion, and skill using premium Dunar rice. Each dish was a true masterpiece, pushing the boundaries of flavour, technique, and presentation.
Winners of the Challenge
1st Prize – Abinash Sahoo (Emirates Culinary Guild), Prize: Visit to the Dunar Factory
2nd Prize – Aftab Khan (Varu by Atmosphere), Prize: USD 500
3rd Prize – Sampuran Nand Naithani (Adaaran Club Rannalhi), Prize: USD 250
